Clinic Policy

1- Phone call policy:

We will try our best to accomodate phone call in given appointment time frame or same day, however if  Dr. Intwala goes away for a delivery or if some phone calls take longer time - your phone call appointments will be delayed or automatically rescheduled to next working day. We apologize for the invonvenience. 

If you think you have an emergency and you need to talk to a doctor immediately please go to nearest urgent or emergency department.

2- No show -or cancellation policy 

If you failed to show up for a confirmed appointment or do cancellation within 24 hours of your confirmed appoinment you will be charged 40 dollars for regular appointment- no show and 80 dollars for CPE, IUD insertion and any appointment which was booked for 30 minutes.
